As part of PurpleTrain.com's continuous efforts to enhance our level of service to all our online users, PurpleTrain's 24-hour Hotline will become a toll-free line later this month. Yes, that means that all your calls to us will be free!

On top of that, this toll-free service will extend to all callers in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. We will also be extending this service to other countries at a later stage.

We see this as an essential part of the full service that PurpleTrain deems as essential, in order to serve you better. PurpleTrain strongly believes that all our students should be able to get instant help and support 24 hours round the clock, to answer to their immediate needs.

We have received a very warm response to this service hotline since it was started in February this year. Many of our students have found this 24-hour hotline service it to be most helpful, as it provides them with immediate help and service anytime of the day.
