Online Sales Tracking System? Launched Today!
PurpleTrain has launched a new online sales tracking system today! This is part
of the PurpleTrain?s continuous efforts to conduct all operations through online
methods. This online method will greatly enhance the tracking process of all
sales activities and help deliver greater productivity.
All sales personnel (meaning Course Consultants and some Course Managers) are to
fill up the online tracking form on a daily basis. This tracks in detail the
number of call-ins, call-outs, walk-ins, preview talks, sign-ups etc for
PurpleTrain. This enables a centralised and speedy monitoring of the daily
sales activities that take place daily.
These submitted forms will be viewed by PurpleTrain, as well as the Centre Managers, Course Consultant Managers and Executive Director. Special IDs will be issued to these groups to access this system and to
view the figures.
It is compulsory for all sales personnel to submit the online form by 8.30am
daily for the previous days? figures. This will take immediate effect. For
