Launch of Toll-Free PurpleTrain Hotline
PurpleTrain is pleased to officially announce the launch of our new hotline
number. With immediate effect, the new PurpleTrain 24-hour Helpdesk Hotline
will be (65) 9362-9292.
In addition, we have also made this hotline toll-free for charges on calls from
Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. All IDD charges from Singapore, Malaysia and
Hong Kong will be absorbed by PurpleTrain. However, for calls made from mobile
phones, the standard local mobile phone charges will be charged by your local
mobile service provider.

You can call us anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your immediate needs
and queries at the new helpdesk hotline. With this new toll-free hotline, the
original hotline number of (65) 9747-2508 will be de-activated by end Jan 2001.
This is part of PurpleTrain.com's continuous efforts to enhance our level of
service to all our online users. We aim to enhance our services to our students
by providing 24-hour assistance, round-the-clock, 7 days a week. We have plans
to also extend the toll-free service to all other countries at a later stage.
We have received a very warm response to our helpdesk hotline since it was
started in February this year. Many of our students have found this 24-hour
hotline service it to be most helpful, as it provides them with instant
assistance and service anytime of the day.
We see this as an essential part of the complete range of services that
PurpleTrain deems as mandatory, in order to serve you better and better.
