Quotes first made its appearance on 13 February 2001, it serves to inspire and to spur all PurpleTrain
and Informatics staff on to even greater heights. Sent out religiously on a daily basis, it is a regular and brief dosage of insightful or thought-provoking quotations that are related to sales. They are extracted from credible sources, like books written by highly experiences sales achievers.
To some, it may be a daily routine to trash it, but to many, the daily dosage of sales-related quotes, is well appreciated and welcomed. Here, three staff express their appreciation for the quotes:

Dear Jolyn,
After reading the quotes, I normally delete them... but I find them useful and will be keeping them from now on.
The quotes are useful in the sense that in our everyday busy life, it refreshes our mind to what we already know but tends to slip away... And since it is based on logic, by having a dose of it everyday, it sort of enhances the retention in our memory.
In addition, the quotes are short, unlike texts and reading materials, it gets implanted into us much quicker and easier, more impact as it dwells on logic and rationale, and also it is easily comprehensible and understood than lengthy reading materials....
