PurpleTrain Forum Held to recognise staff contributions
PurpleTrain continuously recognises the achievements and contributions of the
staff towards PurpleTrain's success. Following the first Awards Ceremony in
April, PurpleTrain once again takes the initiative to hold its inaugural
PurpleTrain Forum to serve as a platform for all PurpleTrain staff to update and
to share the latest happenings at PurpleTrain with our esteemed partners,
facilitators and sales staff.
The PurpleTrain Forum was merge into the Awards Ceremony in May. In fact, this
is the very first time PurpleTrain has held the Awards Ceremony on such a big
scale. All PurpleTrain staff, including facilitators, sales people and some key
personnel from Informatics Group, were invited to attend the ceremony, during
which updates on the latest developments and feedback on PurpleTrain were made
available.
In addition to The Top Sales Performance Award by Centre and The Top Sales
Performer Award which were introduced last month, PurpleTrain has added three
more new categories. They are The Best Online Facilitator Award, The Best
Advertisement Award and The Best Sales Improvement Award.
"We recognise the valued contributions of our highly dedicated personnel for
their outstanding performance and continuous efforts to maintain and improve
PurpleTrain's market share, to excel and to make a quantum leap in innovation,"
said Dr Wong Tai, CEO and Chairman of PurpleTrain.com, "That is why we came up
with three new awards in view of the contributions of the various parties."
A total of 14 awards were given away during the Awards Ceremony in May as
compared to seven previously. The winners who received their awards from Dr
Wong Tai for May 2001 were:

PurpleTrain Forum will be held alongside with the Awards Ceremony on a monthly
basis. Together the two events will continue to serve as a platform for all to
communicate and share ideas to bring life-long quality education to its online
students worldwide. Three key areas covered on the presentations by key
PurpleTrain personnel were:
- Overall directions on sales, marketing and products aspects;
- Operations which covered more on students services that PurpleTrain is
coming up with;
- Technical developments and enhancement to create an ideal e-learning environment.

on. The PurpleTrain Forum serves not only to appreciate the contributions of
our staff; but also to contribute suggestions and feedback about PurpleTrain,"
