Waking Up To A New Look Today!
On 19 September 2001, PurpleTrain.com has adopted a new look for its homepage. “We call this continuous website enhancement,” said Ms Sophy Malik, Executive Director of PurpleTrain.com.
Following its first website revamp in May this year, PurpleTrain has moved one step further in its upgrading process. “In the Cyber World, things keep changing. A change can take overnight with just a blink of the eyes. However, that’s not all. A Change must serve a purpose. At PurpleTrain.com, we always believe in changing for the better,” Sophy emphasized.
With the new look, users can now enjoy smoother navigation as there are clearer indication on the side bar and buttons/links on the top page which will bring users directly to the desired page. For instance, a few buttons have been added in the new layout, they are:
- FEATURES - brings you to the feature articles such as: ‘Art of Studying Online,” “All You Need to Know About e-Learning,” and other features stories;
- TESTIMONIALS - brings you to our students testimonials page, etc
All buttons are self-explanatory. This is especially useful, as it will certainly cut down the time wasted in searching and finding the right information.
In view of the revolution led by the changes in technology, particularly the growing use of the Internet and various media format, and the Worldwide trends in lifelong education and learning to stay relevant and employable. PurpleTrain.com has since added in one button on the side bar - “JOB OPPORTUNITIES” to encourage online application on jobs available at PurpleTrain.com.
“We believe that there’s always rooms for improvement. This is part of PurpleTrain’s continuing efforts in bringing the best for our students and providing value-add services,” added Sophy.
