CERTIFICATION

Upon request from the organisations with the submission of a name list of participants and their assigned IDs, PurpleTrain will grant each participant a CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION for the respective modules attended.

HOW IT WORKS?

1. To order for the e-Voucher, organisations can go to PurpleTrain's e-Voucher interface and fill in the online order form. In the online order form, the organisations need to provide PurpleTrain with the details of the organisations, the e-Voucher package to be purchased, and the contact information of the designated liaison. On the online order form, there will also be a list of training modules available. The organisations need to pre-select the desired training modules based on the number licenses purchased.
2. Electronic user IDs and Passwords will be granted via email to the organisation upon the recipient of Purchasing Order or clearance of payment.
3. The organisations can then distribute the user IDs and Passwords to anyone deemed appropriate.
4. Please take note that 1 license is strictly for 1 user only.
5. The e-Voucher purchased is valid for only 1 year, starting from the date of issuance of the user IDs and passwords. Unused e-Voucher is not refundable once expired.
6. Maximum module completion duration varies, depending on the module selected. Each user ID is effective from the date of its activation until the end of the said maximum module completion duration as follows:
