Designed to teach the skills needed for learners to complete one portion of Cisco®'s CCNA™ certification, it is ideal for network technicians who are new to Cisco® products and services, network administrators, network support staff performing a help desk role as well as the first-line support staff. In addition, it explores the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting information and practices that technical support people require to install and configure Cisco® switches and routers.

24 - 32 hrs, up to a maximum of 4 months
