28 December 2001, Singapore Hearing Impaired No Hindrance to Higher Education Being born partially deaf is proving no hindrance for Michael Wong Siau Chuin, who has successfully graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Computing degree through e-learning with PurpleTrain.com!
