Manager Picks A Program That's A Model For E-Learning

Changing the way education is delivered
As manager of a distance learning program at a community college, Donald
Smith can't help but evaluate his own educational experiences from two
perspectives-as a provider and a learner. So when it came time to choose
an institution for his PhD in Organization and Management, he cast a critical
