Raymond signed up for a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Computing programme by the University of Portsmouth through e-learning with PurpleTrain.com this year. He faced difficulties in trying to enroll an extra module online recently. Extracted below was the letter he wrote:
Dear PurpleTrain staffs:
I am a new student in PurpleTrain. I have started the University of Portsmouth -B.Sc (Hons) in Computing (2002) course this year. Thanks for Informatics staffs who help me to enroll an IT350 module in this January.
Unfortunately, I tried to enroll another module (IT355), which starts from 28th February by myself online. I have failed to do so and it spends me more than a month time!
Dear PurpleTrain staffs, would you help me to enroll this module by the end of this month. I know the time is so tight. However, I still look forward you can help me!
