PurpleTrain’s Operations Department is tops with students! |
As a student, there are simply many questions that one may have once they pick up the books or for e-learners, when they click on the mouse. It gets frustrating when there’s no one to turn to for help. Not at PurpleTrain, though. The helpdesk is manned 24 by 7, that is, 24 hours a day 7 days a week, which makes it easily accessible to students who have queries.
The operations department has seen its fair share of triumphs and successes when it comes to solving student’s problems. Sometimes, this comes in the form of receiving good news of students doing well at the end of their programme. Other times, it’s simply a thank you note for helping solve seemingly routine issues to others but an important matter to the student in distress.
We received this thank you note from a student that had moved to Canada and was experiencing the anxiety of migration among other things. When she needed to take her exams, she was pleasantly surprised by the availability of alternative venues for her to do the exams. The note sent by Ms Zoe Tsui, a student in the UOW MBA programme, expresses her appreciation for the help rendered.

Please accept my heartfelt thanks for all the support that you have given. Since the first day I decided to move to Canada, I felt frustrated and worried about my study, especially I thought that I have to fly back to Hong Kong frequently for the exam.
