PurpleTrain.com turns ONE! Since its launch in May last year, PurpleTrain has grown and developed rapidly into a leading e-learning service provider.
In conjunction with PurpleTrain.com's 1st Anniversary, a month-long celebration was held for the month of May! Exclusive PurpleTrain collectors' items were given away to visitors at all our Authorised Service Centres (ASC) worldwide.

If you are our PurpleTrain regular online users, you may have noticed the revamping new look of PurpleTrain.com. This new platform is a timely boast of an exciting cool look, sporting new colours and user-friendly interfaces for everyone. 
Starting from 30 May 2001, students who logins PurpleTrain.com will login through a centralised login system, that will bring them to a personalised page reflecting the various course modules in which they are enrolled. From there, students can select the class and enter the virtual environment through the newly designed feature icons.
Besides the current features, one of the distinctive features is the acknowledgement of submission of assignments, through which students can check if their assignments were safely uploaded. In addition, the course contents also have a new refreshing and clean look, with drop-down lists for easy selection of subject topics for each module.
Speed-wise, students can now enjoy an ultra-smooth online session on PurpleTrain, up to almost 5 times the previous speed. So navigation within and through the various interaction tools on PurpleTrain will happen in the blink of an eye!
What's more, the online interaction tools like the chat and discussion rooms have also been upgraded to carry a brand new look, equipped with user-friendly functions and interfaces. With the new upgraded facilities, you can definitely look forward to uninterrupted and smoother e-learning environment.

Riding The E-Wave - Informatics Virtual Campus Launched in Singapore
Informatics and PurpleTrain.com launch Informatics Virtual Campus, an on-line service provider, in Singapore. Among the first in Asia, it is an e-village where members are able to interact and communicate with a common interest - which is lifelong learning. This portal serves as a virtual platform for the development of webs of personal relationships among students, trainers and the centres. In launching the Virtual Campus, the learning experience of all Informatics' students will be greatly enhanced.
