Ms Fang Lee Wei
Ms Fang Lee Wei is a CPA with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. She is currently a Finance Manager of a Singapore Exchange listed company, with operations in construction, forestry and pulp businesses. Prior to that, she has accumulated about 6 years of auditing and financial advisory experience in an international accounting firm. Her areas of expertise includes valuations, due diligence reviews, divestment of companies, financial advisory, capital structure study, preparation of information memoranda, financial forecasting, corporate and debt restructuring. The clients she dealt with ranged from small private companies to high profile publicly listed groups in the aviation, marine, coffee, rubber, building and retail industries. In addition, she has more than three years of teaching experience in an educational institution in Singapore, teaching in several financial and management accounting and business finance modules.

Johnny Tan, is a full time lecturer. He graduated from Oklahoma City University, USA with Bachelor of Science (BSc) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) (Honours) Degrees.
Prior to lecturing, he worked in the past 14 years in logistics, warehousing and factory operations management at various electronics, computer and aviation industries. The appointments held include Factory Manager, Programme Manager and Administration Manager.
Johnny Tan is also active in teaching part-time courses at Singapore Productivity & Standards Board, Singapore Productivity Association, Singapore Institute of Management, Singapore Logistics Association, and Materials Management Consultancy Pte Ltd. The popular short courses include "Effective Warehousing", "Fleet Management", "7 IE Tools for QC", "Executive Tool Kit for Decision Making", and etc. Johnny Tan ever published a few research articles in the Temasek Journal, e.g. "New Era of Operations Management: BPR" in 1998 and "A Comparative Study of Singapore Versus South Korea in Logistics Infrastructure Policy" in 1999. He also developed a multimedia CD-ROM courseware in "Effective Warehousing & Distribution" in 2000.

Ms Kemmy Lim is a graduate of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program, Association of Investment Management and Research (AIMR), attained her MBA (Finance specialisation) from University of Western Australia in 1999. In addition to another degree from University of Technology, Sydney (MBA cross-enrolment), she holds a Diploma in Investment, Institute of Banking & Finance, 1995.
In 1993, she received her Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical), National University of Singapore.

Mr. Amal Kiran
Mr. Amal Kiran has more than 5 years of teaching experience and 2 years of business experience. He has an MSc-International Marketing degree from University of Strathclyde, a MBA degree and Bachelor degree in Commerce from India. He also has an Advanced Diploma in Software Technology and System Management from NIIT, India.
He started his academic career as a Lecturer with AIT Academy and Unicampus, Singapore and in a short period of 12 months worked his way up to become Program Manager and Deputy Principal of School of Business and Communication. He was involved in the growth of development of 5 Bachelor and 2 Master degree programs for the European University, Switzerland.
His contribution in education has been in the field of Lecturing, Program Management, Program Delivery and Lecturer Management. He has also supervised Marketing initiatives and managed Agents in Asian region. He has extensive experience in Accreditation procedures, Academic Management and Quality Control. Dr. Sein Min (B. Com, M. Com, Dr. rer pol. (Germany)
Dr. Sein graduated from the Institute of Economics, Yangon, Myanmar, majoring in Commerce (B. Com.) in 1977.
In 1983, he obtained a Master of Commerce (M. Com.) degree from the same institute. He specialised in marketing for his doctorate at the University of Passau, Germany and attained Dr. rer. pol. in 1991.
He has been a tutor, assistant lecturer and subsequently, lecturer in the Department of Commerce and the Department of Management Studies in the Institute of Economics, Yangon, from 1978 to 1997. From 1997 to 2001, he worked as the Associate Professor of the Economics Department in the University of Distance Education, Yangon, Myanmar. He was a Research Fellow of the Department of Marketing and Sales, University of Passau, Germany in 1995 and 2001. His areas of research interests include innovation diffusion, marketing-mix strategies and marketing in developing countries.
Dr Sein's interests also do not merely cater to pure academia. In his leisure time, he indulges in a host of ethnographic activites. His hobbies include reading, cultural & religious discourse and dissecting Euorpean culture. He also enjoys listening to western classical music, Mozart and Beethoven.
